Aden’s Terrifying Tales – Adults only – Ages 18+

Dare to delve into the dark history of Aden beyond? Join North East Storyteller Pauline Cordiner for an evening of ghost stories, unexplained encounters, and local legends that will chill you to the bone.

Beginning with strange sightings and eerie happenings collected from the Aberdeenshire Farming Museum and Aden Mansion House, Pauline will then take you beyond Aden into Mintlaw, Old and New Deer, and Longside, to hear some of the ghost stories and macabre tales from the last few centuries.

Part of the Scottish International Storytelling Festival 2025, and this year’s theme “Lights of the North”, this is your invitation to explore the shadows hidden in familiar places.
