Come along for a walk in the park. The Aden health walks take place every second Friday at 10am.

The walks usually last between 30 minutes and an hour and are suitable for all abilities.

At the end of the walk everyone will get a free cup of tea or coffee.

If you would like to come along please meet at the play area entrance at 10am.

Please note: dogs are not permitted on the health walk.
