Buchan Development Partnership (BDP) is an independent, community-led initiative working with communities across Buchan. We advise and support groups to keep their essential community facilities running and tackle some of the pressing economic, social and environmental issues they face.

Buchan Development Partnership supports new and existing community projects of all sizes by providing information and advice on funding, applications, governance and structure, project planning, feasibility studies, community consultations and capacity building.

BDP also offer free support to not-for-profit community organisation based in the Buchan area or with links to the area.

Buchan Development Partnership are based in the Grieves House within the Courtyard in Aden Country Park. Alongside supporting local community projects BDP also organise events within Aden Country Park. These includes the Easter Eggstravaganza, Seedy Sunday and Wild About Aden.
